How we trade
A structured process keeps the product, responsibilities, documents and delivery milestones aligned from request to completion.
The buyer provides its legal company name, product, intended use, specification, quantity, packing, destination and required timing.
We review commercial scope, product fit, parties, destination, route and information completeness.
Supplier capability, producer, grade, documents, testing and inspection requirements are aligned.
Price, currency, validity, Incoterms® rule, named place, schedule, documents and exclusions are stated.
The transaction begins when both sides accept the contract or purchase order in writing.
Product, production, packing, payment milestones and agreed inspection or documentation are coordinated.
Contracted service providers move the goods and issue the transport and destination documents required under their contracts.
Documents are handed over, and any discrepancies must be reported within the agreed notice period with evidence preserved.
Commercial precision
An Incoterms® rule must be paired with the exact named place, port or point. The rule allocates selected delivery obligations, costs and risk; it does not by itself determine ownership, payment, governing law, quality or every document.
Title, payment, inspection, claims, sanctions and destination responsibilities must be addressed separately in the transaction documents.
