Notify promptly
Send notice to claims@serica.global within the contractual time. Identify the contracting company, quotation/order/invoice, product, lot, shipment and nature of the issue.
Preserve evidence
- Do not dispose of, repack, use or alter affected goods except to prevent loss or protect safety
- Preserve seals, labels, packaging, photos, videos, weights and temperature records
- Segregate affected goods and preserve representative samples
- Arrange an independent survey when the contract or circumstances require it
- Document mitigation steps and all third-party notices
