- Immediately report contamination, adulteration, counterfeiting, defect, recall or regulatory action
- Make certification and sustainability claims only from current evidence
Environment and supply chain
- Comply with applicable permits and environmental law
- Manage waste, chemicals, emissions, water and natural resources responsibly
- Avoid illegal land acquisition, protected-species trade and unlawful environmental harm
- Communicate relevant requirements to approved subcontractors and supply tiers
Assessment and reporting
Serica may request proportionate records, assessments, inspections or corrective actions. Material or repeated non-compliance can result in suspension, rejection or termination subject to contract and law. Good-faith concerns may be reported to speakup@serica.global.
