- Screen relevant counterparties, owners, banks, vessels, carriers and intermediaries
- Confirm product identity, classification, origin, destination, end user and end use
- Assess licences, exceptions, permits, certificates and declarations
- Review routing, transshipment, re-export, payment and ownership anomalies
- Identify and escalate boycott-related or restrictive trade requests
Information duty
Counterparties must provide complete, accurate and timely information and notify material changes. Serica may pause work until concerns are resolved and may decline any prohibited, evasive or insufficiently documented transaction.
No circumvention
No person may structure, split, reroute, relabel, conceal ownership, falsify documents or use intermediaries to evade applicable restrictions or internal controls.
