Supplier notice
Suppliers must report defects, contamination, adulteration, mislabelling, adverse tests, regulatory action, safety incidents and recalls affecting proposed or supplied goods without delay.
External communication
Public recall, safety and certification statements may be made only from verified evidence, with appropriate authority and legal review. Product obligations depend on type, origin, destination, use and Serica's actual role.
