Security reports
Report suspected website, email-domain or impersonation issues to security@serica.global. Include a clear description, affected URL or account, time and non-sensitive evidence. Do not exploit a vulnerability, access other people's data, disrupt services, demand payment or publish details before review.
No promise of reward
Submission does not create employment, confidentiality, immunity or a reward obligation. Serica may coordinate with service providers or authorities where appropriate.
