Concerns may include bribery, fraud, sanctions evasion, forced labour, unsafe products, falsified certificates, theft, conflicts, data misuse, accounting irregularities or retaliation.

Information and confidentiality
Include available facts, dates, records, transaction references and persons involved. Reports may be anonymous only where permitted and technically supported. Confidentiality will be protected to the extent reasonably possible, but cannot be promised where investigation, fairness or law requires disclosure.
No retaliation
Serica prohibits retaliation against a person who raises a genuine concern or assists an investigation in good faith. Knowingly false or malicious reports are not protected. This channel is not an emergency service.
